Lots of good pictures. Felt like there was something missing. Left wanting more information. Even more pictures. More depth. As an appetizer it's good, but leaves you ready for dinner.

This book arrived two days before the ad said it would. The description said it was in decent condition. I see no flaws whatsoever in this book physically. I am very happy with this purchase.

Great read and photos

The Hampton Roads area of Virginia needs a good book on the history of LBTGQ history in the tidewater area. Unfortunately, this is not it. This book raises many questions but doesn't answer them. This book has lots of good photos, but that's about it. This book raises more questions then it answers. What about the vice squad raid on the Naro movie theater? Who is Tony Prichard? Why is he important to gay activism in the Hampton Roads area beside the gay pride fest? And the tail that wags the dog in Hampton Roads, the military presence that influences gay activism? Nothing about the military and only one sentence on Don't Ask, Don't Tell. Hopefully, someone will do a real book someday on this subject, because this book is not it.
